PHYSICAL EDUCATION/ATHLETICS: Covenant participates in the
Texas Association of Private and Parochial Schools Conference (TAPPS) at the 2A level, along with many private schools throughout Texas. Interscholastic or varsity athletics include a total of 9 major sports – football, volleyball, cross country, soccer, basketball, track, golf, tennis and baseball. Off season conditioning is available.
Competitive athletics begin in grade 7. Middle school sports participates in the Texas Association of Private Schools Conference (TAPS).
Physical education is mandatory for grades 3-8.
